Vanilla mug cake with chocolate shavings

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

from the microwave, simply

Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir well. Then, microwave the mug cake for 2 minutes at 700 watts until it forms a cake. Remove the mug cake from the microwave and let it cool for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Enjoy. Enjoy!
