  • 500 ml milk

  • 2 packs of cake glaze
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

when you’re tired of pancakes and the like

First, cook the pasta in milk with vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt for at least 15 minutes, until tender. Stir frequently, or it’ll burn! Transfer the cooked pasta to a dish. Heat the currants and add the cake glaze with sugar, if desired. Once the mixture is boiling, pour it over the pasta and refrigerate. Tips: You could certainly use other fruit instead of the currants, but I tried it this way and it tasted great! For a more appealing look, sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
