Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g spelt flour type 630
  • 20 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 90 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 20 ml agave syrup
  • 130 g pear(s), peeled, cut into pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick to make, healthy, low in sugar and fat

Mix the dry ingredients together. Stir in the egg, yogurt, and agave syrup to form a smooth batter. Fold in the pear pieces and fill everything into 6 muffin cups. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Since I bake in a mini oven, the baking time and temperature may vary depending on your oven. Makes 6 muffins.
