Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 570 g jacket potatoes, from the previous day
- 140 g onion(s)
- 125 g bacon cubes
- 150 g chicken breast
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Garlic pepper
- Garlic granules
- Parsley, fresh or dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the chicken, onions, and bacon cubes in a small pan until golden brown and set aside. If possible, prepare the potatoes the day before. Peel, slice, and fry in a large pan with a little oil until crispy. Then add the bacon, onions, and chicken. Season to taste with a little garlic granules, garlic pepper, salt, and sweet paprika. Add fresh or dried parsley, if desired.
