Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 16 g agar-agar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Basic recipe with agar – agar

Dissolve the agar-agar in the cold milk, then heat the milk to boiling point. Now add the salt, vanilla sugar, and honey, pour the pudding into a pretty dish, and let it cool and set. This is real vanilla pudding!
