Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml milk, lactose-free (0.3%)
- 20 g cornstarch or corn flour
- 1 pinch(s) sweetener (stevioside)
- 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder (bourbon vanilla)
- possibly cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
the only vanilla pudding that doesn’t make you fat – lactose-free and low in calories
Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk. Once the mixture thickens, remove the pan from the heat. Done! P.S. If you like chocolate pudding, you can add a tablespoon of cocoa powder at the beginning.
