- 1 large apple
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 250 ml apple juice
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 250 g quark (low-fat curd cheese)
- 2 tsp butter

Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Place it in a saucepan along with the apple juice, lemon juice, and curry powder. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the apple cubes are soft. Let cool. Now add the butter to the apple mixture and puree. Finally, mix with the curd cheese.
