Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder (bourbon vanilla)
  • 500 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla. Use the whole thing like the powder from the packet, meaning you mix the powder with some of the milk and bring the rest to a boil. Once the milk is boiling, add the stirred mixture. Then remove from the heat. I also think it’s great that you can make a truly organic pudding this way, since you choose all the ingredients yourself.
