Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 375 g raspberries, frozen
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp raspberry liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the raspberries with some of the sugar and add them to a saucepan. Cook until the raspberries are slightly softened. Then strain through a fine sieve and add the raspberry liqueur. Add the remaining sugar as needed, but don’t oversweeten. Since desserts are usually quite sweet, the fruit glaze makes an interesting flavor alternative. Ideal as an accompaniment to mousse or to garnish yogurt desserts.
