Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 tbsp wheat, finely ground
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine honey, vanilla, eggs, and wheat flour with half a cup of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, stir in the mixture just before it boils, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. For a fluffier result, separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold in after boiling.
