Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
- 60 g sugar, more if desired
- 3 egg yolks
- 20 g cornstarch
- 500 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Boil the milk with the sugar and vanilla bean pulp. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold milk and add it to the sauce. Blend with the egg yolk.
