Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries, fresh
- 500 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
- 500 g cream
- n. B. sugar, brown
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and quarter the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then carefully fold in the vanilla yogurt (do not add sugar to the vanilla cream mixture!). Place the strawberries in a tall bowl and add sugar if desired. Pour the vanilla cream mixture over the strawberries and sprinkle with brown sugar, if desired. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. Delicious on hot days.
