Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp, beaten egg substitute (egg substitute powder)
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • some fat, e.g. oil
  • e.g. powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegan, makes about 10 pieces

Beat the margarine with both sugars until fluffy. Add the egg substitute and water and mix. Combine the flour, baking powder, and pudding mix and fold into the batter. Slowly add the milk until a smooth batter forms. Brush a waffle iron with oil and heat. Bake about 10 waffles one after the other. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
