Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • 180 g wholemeal flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • some oil for frying
  • 15 g baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Pour the batter into the pan and reduce heat to medium. Cook, loosening the edges occasionally. Flip the pancake when the bottom is golden brown and the top is no longer runny. Cook briefly longer, then cut into small pieces. Add a little oil and fry the pieces until crispy. Serve with applesauce, raisins, powdered sugar, or vanilla sauce, if desired.
