Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl and make a well in the center. Add salt and butter and mix with a little flour. Add egg and sour cream and knead everything into a smooth dough. Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 45 minutes. Drain the quark well and pass it through a sieve. Mix with sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper and sugar. Refrigerate for 45 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out 12 circles each with a diameter of 9 and 12 cm. Place some filling in the center of the larger circles. Place a small circle on top of each circle, brush the excess dough with egg yolk and fold up the edges in small folds. Brush with egg yolk, pierce several times and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
