Veal and Pork Curry, Sweet and Sour
The perfect veal and pork curry, sweet and sour recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Veal schnitzel
- 500 g Pork schnitzel
- 4 Peeled and roughly chopped onions
- 3 Sliced bananas
- 2 Squeezed lemons
- 3 tbsp Curry
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley
- 200 ml Cream
- 250 g Raisins
- 150 g Chopped peanuts
- 215 g Honey cucumbers [drained weight] diced
- 190 g Silver onions [drained weight]
- 0,5 bottle White wine
- Salt

- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. For further preparation, see the list of ingredients.

- Sear the meat in stages until it gets color (put in a casserole)
- Sweat the onions in the roasting set until they start to brown, then with the meat
- Add the curry and salt, stir over high heat and deglaze with the wine and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes
- Stir in the silver onions, pieces of honey cucumber, raisins, peanuts and lemon juice
- Bring to the boil, remove from heat, deglaze with the cream
- Fold in the banana slices and the chopped parsley
