Cauliflower Wok with Sweet and Sour Pork

- 1 Cauliflower fresh
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 3 Pork schnitzel
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Sweet and sour Asian sauce
- Clean, wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Halve the large florets or cut them into slices. You also clean and wash the spring onions or leeks and cut everything into rings.
- Now comes the meat. You pat this dry and cut it into cubes. You can now heat the oil in a wok or in a large pan. Roast the meat in it for 4-5 minutes, season it with salt and pepper and take it out. Now add the cauliflower and spring onions / leek and fry everything for about 8 minutes, turning.
- Now stir the soy sauce, the Asian sauce and 5 tablespoons of water. Pour this over the vegetables and let them boil and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Season it to taste with salt and pepper and then add the meat again and finally heat everything. Finished!
