Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g veal
- 250 g mushrooms, brown
- 200 g cream
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 sage leaves
- 1 jar white wine, dry
- butter
- salt and pepper

quick and easy
Clean and finely chop the mushrooms, and sauté them in butter. Shred the meat and add it, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add a little finely chopped onion and sauté everything over medium heat for a few minutes. Then add the wine, cream, and sage and simmer for a few more minutes over low heat. Season to taste and serve with tagliatelle.
