Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms, large and white
- 375 g minced beef
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp parsley, flat-leaf
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard (Dijon)
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- oregano
- Thyme
- marjoram
- Salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the ground beef with all the finely diced ingredients and spices to form a smooth batter. Season to taste, then fill the mushrooms with a generous amount of filling. Then fry in a large pan in hot olive oil and simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes over low heat. Serve with baguette and a green salad.
