Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 250 ml milk (goat’s milk, soy or rice milk)
- 30 g oil
- n. B. flavoring of your choice
- Cake icing of your choice or frosting
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
for lactose intolerance, without egg, without butter, with soy, rice or goat milk, makes 12 pieces.
Combine the flour with the baking powder and sugar. In a second bowl, combine the oil, milk, and flavoring. Now pour the liquid into the flour mixture, stirring vigorously. Fill the batter into muffin cups (silicone or paper) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. If desired, you can also garnish the muffins with frosting, chocolate, or sugar.
