Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g almond flakes
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- some vegetable oil

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for approx. 40 pieces
Toast the flaked almonds in a pan until golden brown. Melt the sugar in the lemon juice and water. Once the mixture is light brown, stir in the toasted flaked almonds. Immediately pour onto an oiled baking sheet and spread to a thickness of about 1/2 cm. Cut into strips with a large, oiled knife and cut into small pieces once cooled.
