Vegan avocado banana marzipan cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), organic
  • 1 banana(s), organic
  • 40 g marzipan paste
  • 400 ml oat milk (oat drink), spelt, almond or soy milk will certainly also work
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom, to taste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp xylitol (sugar substitute) or sugar, stevia (in other quantities) would also work
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple, quick, delicious

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Peel the banana. Blend the avocado, banana, marzipan, oat milk, and spices along with the cocoa and sugar in a smoothie maker for about 1 minute. Stir in the chia seeds with a spoon. Pour the cream into 2 bowls and chill for at least 15 minutes.
