Vegan banana chocolate muffins with chocolate center

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 120 g sugar
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 ml oil
  • 200 ml water
  • n. B. Chocolate cream, vegan
  • possibly chocolate shavings
  • 14 tbsp vegan chocolate cream, 1 tbsp per muffin

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Slice and mash the banana, then mix with water. Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, and cocoa powder. When everything is well blended, add the banana water and stir briefly. Then mix in the oil. When the batter is smooth, add chocolate spread (if desired) and stir in. Add the chocolate shavings and fold in. Spoon the finished batter into approximately 14 muffin cups, filling the muffin cups halfway with batter. Place a tablespoon of chocolate spread on top of the batter in each muffin cup. Then add another tablespoon of batter on top of the chocolate spread. The chocolate spread should no longer be visible. Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
