Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 70 g basil
- 80 g cashew nuts
- ½ tomato(s)
- 2 garlic cloves, as desired
- some salt
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 120 g olive oil

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Briefly roast the cashews. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend. Season with salt and enjoy. I always make the pesto without garlic because of the kids.
