Vegan Biscuits
The perfect vegan biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 gr Sugar
- 300 gr Flour
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoon Applesauce
- 250 g Margarine e.g. Soyola
- 200 g Ground hazelnuts or Ground almonds
- Knead all the ingredients and mix the dough for at least 2-3 hours. refrigerate. Turn the dough through the pastry grinder or the meat grinder with the shortbread biscuit attachment and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 – 15 minutes depending on the oven. Let cool down and enjoy.
