Vegan broccoli and carrot pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g whole wheat pasta
  • 300 g broccoli florets
  • 4 small carrots
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 250 ml oat cream (oat cream cuisine)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Cook the carrots in water until al dente. Sauté the onions and garlic, then add the broccoli florets and fry briefly. Add a little water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Slice the carrots and add them. Deglaze with the oat cream. Season with curry, salt, and pepper and simmer briefly again. Add the noodles and stir in.
