Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 100 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp lecithin (soy lecithin)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 350 ml soy milk (soy drink) or oat milk
- 350 g sugar
- 200 g wholemeal wheat flour or wholemeal spelt flour
- 140 g cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g dark chocolate, vegan, chopped or grated

approx. 12 brownies
Puree the avocado, rapeseed oil, soy lecithin, apple cider vinegar, and vegan milk alternative with a hand blender. Mix the dry ingredients and fold in. Bake the batter on a baking sheet at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 25-30 minutes. Cut approximately 12 brownies from the base. With 12 brownies, one brownie has 230 kcal.
