Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 30 g margarine
  • 400 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 40 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • 2 pinches vanilla powder, alternatively 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp syrup (caramel)
  • 1 bottle of malt beer, 0.33 l

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Melt the margarine in a saucepan and add the soy milk and cream. Add the vanilla powder and caramel syrup and bring to a boil briefly. Remove from the heat and add the malt beer while stirring. Be careful—it will foam!
