Lemonade with mint

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 lemons, untreated, thinly sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Fruit cocktail

Bring the water and sugar to a boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Fill a carafe with mint leaves and pour the boiling water over them. Let cool. Add the lemon juice and lemon slices. Serve well chilled.
