Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 1 small head of white cabbage, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 ml plant-based cream (Plant Cream Cuisine)
- 100 ml white wine, vegan
- 200 g smoked tofu, diced
- 120 g lasagna sheet(s), broken into pieces
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Sauté the onion and briefly sauté the white cabbage, then deglaze with oat cream and white wine and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer for five minutes, then stir in the smoked tofu and lasagna pieces. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish. Cover and finish cooking in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes, then uncovered for another 10 minutes.
