Ingredients
- 125 g Plants - margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Soy flour
- 4,5 dL Soy milk
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Maizena (corn starch)
- 1,5 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 can Peeled mandarins
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Stir the margarine until soft, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir until foamy.
- Add the soy flour, stirring constantly. Stir in the soy milk.
- Mix the flour with Maizena (corn starch) and baking powder well, add and stir to a smooth dough.
- Line a cake tin with baking paper and fill in the batter. Drain the mandarins and spread over the cake.
- Bake the tin in the lower half of the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Let the cake cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- You can also use other fruits or coarsely grind nuts and add them or even chocolate (with chocolate, however, it is only vegan if it is cheated).
