Ingredients
 

  • 125 g Plants - margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Soy flour
  • 4,5 dL Soy milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Maizena (corn starch)
  • 1,5 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 can Peeled mandarins
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Stir the margarine until soft, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir until foamy.
  • Add the soy flour, stirring constantly. Stir in the soy milk.
  • Mix the flour with Maizena (corn starch) and baking powder well, add and stir to a smooth dough.
  • Line a cake tin with baking paper and fill in the batter. Drain the mandarins and spread over the cake.
  • Bake the tin in the lower half of the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Let the cake cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • You can also use other fruits or coarsely grind nuts and add them or even chocolate (with chocolate, however, it is only vegan if it is cheated).
