Bread – It Couldn’t Be Easier

The perfect bread – it couldn’t be easier recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Original spelled flour, light
  • 15 g Yeast
  • 3 dl Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Put the flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt. Dissolve the yeast in the 3 dl water and add to the flour.
  2. Knead the dough well until it is smooth and pliable. Then I put the dough in a long cake pan (30 cm). Let the dough rise twice as much in the heat.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 30 minutes. The bread is perfect if it sounds hollow when you tap the underside.
