Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 170 g cashew nuts
- 30 g yeast flakes
- 1 tbsp almond butter, light
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
without sweating, without flour
Soak the cashews in plenty of water for one hour. Then drain, rinse, and let them drain. Blend the cashews, 300 ml water, nutritional yeast, almond butter, and spices (optional) in a blender on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
