Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g cauliflower, cooked
  • 3 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté. Roughly puree the cauliflower, add the onion and chickpea flour, and season with the spices. Form the mixture into patties with your hands and fry in rapeseed oil on both sides.
