  • 3 chopped Garlic chopped
  • 0,5 tsp Curry powder
  • 3 tbsp Avocado oil or similar
  • 1 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • 750 g Beans
  • 2 tsp My vegetable broth
  • 30 g Alsan Bio
  • 2 tbsp Spelled flour
  • 2 tbsp Filtered water
  • 1 Packet. Rice cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Possibly nutmeg a.d.M
  • Finely chopped savory
  1. Put the chickpeas in plenty of water the day before and let them soak overnight.
  2. Now fill up the water to a good 1 liter, add the vegetable stock and cook the chickpeas for about 30 to 45 minutes, they should be soft.
  3. Brown the onions with the garlic in a little oil, set aside and allow to cool.
  4. Let the cooked chickpeas cool, then puree, add the flour and oat flakes and the avocado oil, also add the onions and the garlic, season with curry and knead a strong mass from it. The addition of flour and oatmeal should be done slowly and gradually as it depends on the humidity of the chickpeas.
  5. Bake the lumps, dumplings, patties, dumplings … whatever you call them in hot oil, degrease them on a kitchen towel and serve with the green beans.
