Ingredients
 

  • 3 bowl Wheat semolina / semoule / 1 bowl = 260 g
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 small glass Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Orange blossom water
  • 3 tablespoon Dry yeast, can also be fresh yeast
  • Sesame seeds black
  • Sesame seeds black

Instructions
 

  • Smiet with: All ingredients, except egg yolks and sesame seeds, that remain for brushing, mix with the mixer, should be a light bread dough, not liquid.
