Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 100 g beans, white, cooked
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • e.g. xylitol (sugar substitute)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Halve the avocado and scrape the flesh from the skin into a bowl. Peel the banana, add it to the avocado along with the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Pour into bowls and serve. The cream can be chilled in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
