- 50 g jackfruit, organic, dried
- 125 g rice pudding
- 250 ml coconut drink
- n. B. Sweetener

Combine the rice pudding and coconut milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir frequently. Then reduce the heat to low and let the coconut milk pudding swell for about half an hour. Stir every five minutes. Cut the desired amount of dried, ripe organic jackfruit into pieces with scissors, fold into the coconut milk pudding, and let it simmer until the jackfruit has softened. Taste and add a little more sweetener of your choice, if desired. However, the dried, ripe organic jackfruit is naturally sweet. 407 kcal per serving.
