Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups rice pudding
- 9 cups water
- 1 can coconut milk
- e.g. agave syrup or maple or rice syrup
- n. B. Fruit, e.g. mango
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring the rice pudding, water, and coconut milk to a boil and simmer for about 20-25 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent the rice from sticking or burning. While still warm, stir in the syrup, then add the chopped fruit, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.
