Vegan Cold Dog Snout

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g vegetable fat
  • 6 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp plant drink, e.g. B. Oat drink
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 25 vegan butter-flavored cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 30 minutes

Melt the vegetable fat in a saucepan. Mix together the sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa, and plant-based milk, then stir in the melted vegetable fat. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour a layer of the chocolate mixture into the pan. Then add a layer of cookies. Repeat this process until almost all the chocolate is used up. Finish with a layer of chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The cold dog snout is best when it’s allowed to sit for one, or even better, two, days.
