Vegan: Colorful Pasta Pan
The perfect vegan: colorful pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Onion
- 500 g Brown mushrooms
- 30 g Alsan
- 1 handful Leek cut
- 1 piece Cut red pepper
- 1 key Cooked pasta
- 1 key Vegetable broth * for seasoning
- 2 handful Lamb’S lettuce
Preparing the vegetables
- Peel the onions, brush and slice the mushrooms, wash, dry and cut the leek, then wash, core and finely chop the pepper.
- Let the onions become translucent in the Alsan, add the sliced mushrooms, season with vegetable stock or salt & pepper and fry.
- Now put the leek and paprika in the pan, turn a few times, add the pasta and turn again.
Serving …
- Drape the washed and dried lamb’s lettuce on the edge of the plate and arrange everything nicely … drizzle the salad with vinegar and oil to taste … enjoy your meal
