Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 20 g green spelt meal
- 20 g oat flakes
- 20 g hemp seeds, unpeeled
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 10 g yeast flakes
- 10 g hemp protein
- n. B. Water, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
with hemp and vegetables
Peel the garlic and onion, press them, or finely dice them. Wash and grate the carrot. Heat the oil in a pan. Place the oats, hemp seeds, and green spelt meal in a food processor and grind briefly. Add the ground mixture to the pan and roast for a few minutes, then add the vegetables and spices and fry. Then deglaze everything with plenty of water and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has almost evaporated and the mixture takes on a firm, porridge-like consistency, adding more water if necessary. Finally, stir in the nutritional yeast and hemp protein powder. Pour the mixture into a suitable container. The spread will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
