Vegan: Farmer’s Breakfast for Father’s Day
The perfect vegan: farmer’s breakfast for father’s day recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Jacket potatoes from the day before
- 100 g Herb tofu
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric (turmeric)
- 1 tsp My vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Finely chopped red peppers
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Oil for frying
- 1 small Chopped parsley
- 1 small Ground pepper
- Peel and slice the jacket potatoes – peel and chop the onions – take the tofu out of the package, squeeze it out firmly and crumble into a bowl. Add the turmeric (turmeric), the chopped peppers and some chopped parsley to the tofu, mix well and let it steep.
- Now let a pan get hot and sear the potato slices in the hot oil, add a little vegetable salt or salt to season and fry until golden. Now add the chopped onions and continue to stew everything.
- Now fold in the tofu-paprika-parsley mixture and let it simmer well … a delicious vegan farmer’s breakfast.
Serving
- I arranged it on a plate, garnished with pickles and sprinkled with freshly ground pepper – a delicious surprise for “Papa Day” … quickly made 🙂
