- 1 banana(s), very ripe
- ½ liter oat milk (oat drink)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 14 slices of toast
- some plum jam
- oil

Mash the banana and whisk with oat milk and vanilla sugar. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and fold into the banana milk. Depending on your taste, you can spread the toast with plum jam, fold it together, and dip it in the batter until it’s nicely coated. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and fry the French toast on both sides. They taste delicious when coated in cinnamon and sugar while warm. It’s essential to use a nonstick pan, otherwise the batter will stick to the pan.
