Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g artichoke hearts
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

GAT-compliant, as a dip or as a spread

Cut the avocado open and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a bowl, where you can later blend everything with an immersion blender. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice. Pour the lemon juice and flesh over the avocado. Press the garlic clove through a garlic press and add it along with salt and pepper. Add the artichoke hearts. If they are large, cut them into 2 or 4 pieces, if desired. Then puree everything with a good immersion blender. The paste is relatively thick, so it can be used not only as a dip but also as a spread.
