Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 8 slices of toast
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • some salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

quick, heavenly, vegan

Toast the toast, wash the lettuce and tomato, slice the tomato, and cut the avocado lengthwise. Each avocado half can be cut into 4 equal pieces, and one-eighth of the whole fruit should be placed on each slice of toast. Spread all the toast slices with avocado, season with salt, and pepper. Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice between each slice. We always use yeast sandwich toast.
