Vegan layered muesli

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) with lemon flavor
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 12 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tangerine(s)
  • 6 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative) with blueberry flavor
  • 1 banana(s)
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings
  • e.g. biscuit(s), cookies etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with soy yogurt, oat flakes and fruit

Prepare a glass or a large bowl for each serving. Chop the fruit into small pieces and crumble any biscuits. Then divide the layers between the glasses, starting with a layer of oats or grated biscuits, whichever you prefer. Then add one of the different types of fruit, then cover with soy yogurt and another layer of oats. If you place the pieces close to the rim of the glass, you can see them clearly from the outside, which also makes a nice visual impression. Repeat these layers again and again, using different types of fruit and soy yogurt, until the glass is full. For a topping, you could grate vegan dark chocolate, for example. This layered muesli can be eaten immediately, but it will also survive overnight in the fridge. The oats will then become very soft. The wide range of variations makes it a great breakfast option.
