Vegan mayonnaise with cashew nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g cashew nuts
  • 55 ml water
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Soak the cashews for at least 1-2 hours. Then add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. After refrigerating for 5 minutes, the mayonnaise is ready to enjoy.
