Tortelloni with herb cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (tortelloni), fresh
  • 100g bacon
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tortelloni in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain well. Peel and finely dice the onion. Clean, wash, and halve the mushrooms. Fry the bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Fry the onions and mushrooms in the bacon fat for about 4 minutes and season. Add 100 ml of water and bring to a boil. Dissolve the cream cheese in it, stirring. Wash, chop, and stir in the parsley. Crumble all but two slices of bacon into pieces and add to the sauce. Serve the tortelloni with the sauce and bacon slices. This recipe is intended for one or two people.
