Vegan Lentil Balls

- 100 g Plate lentils (or red lentils)
- 180 g Potatoes
- 1 Big onion
- 0,5 Clove of garlic (to taste)
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tsp Chilli (at will)
- 1 tsp Sugar or agave syrup
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Soak the lentils in water for at least 12 hours.
- Cut the potatoes and onions into large cubes.
- Then put the lentils, potatoes, onions, mustard, garlic and spices in a tall container and puree with a hand blender to a smooth mass. Add the breadcrumbs and season again with salt and pepper.
- Then lightly moisten your hands and shape the mixture into small balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven at 160 ° C for 15 minutes.
- Finally, put the balls in a pan with oil, press lightly and bake until crispy and brown.
